Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Customized or altered products.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account after verification.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the Return Policy.
